Privacy Policy

Draft for legal review. This describes how the platform works today and will be replaced by the approved text before launch.

What we collect

• Your phone number (to send sign-in codes and auction messages) and, if you give one or sign in with Google, your email address.
• Your bidding name, shown on the leaderboard instead of your real name.
• Delivery details when you win an item, and a seller’s business name and pickup address.
• Your bids, with the time, IP address and device, kept as the record of what happened in an auction.
• Payment status and references. We never see or store card details; the payment provider does.

Who sees it

• Sellers see bidding names only. Phone numbers and emails are masked in everything a seller can view or export.
• Providers that process payments, deliveries, messages and email for us receive only what they need to do that.
• Photos have location and camera data removed when they are uploaded.
